Payment Options
All-Inclusive Tuition
Our tuition is “all-inclusive”, unlike other camps. So other than travel expenses and camp store purchases, all services and activities are included in one tuition fee.
$1,500 deposit due at time of enrollment.
You may pay in full or select an installment payment plan, in which case the credit/debit card or eChecking account you have on file will be charged for your convenience. Up to January 31st you may elect to make installment payments via mailed check. After January 31st we only accept payments via debit/credit cards and eChecking accounts.

Payment Methods
We accept payment via ACH/echeck, debit, and all major credit cards. For your convenience we auto-bill on the tuition due dates, charging your card for you.
Payments made by credit/debit cards incur a 3% processing fee, and payments made by ACH incur a 1% processing fee. Please pay via check to avoid any processing fees and send an email to let us know its in the mail - this option ends the first week of January.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund prior to March 1st, 50% refund March 1 - March 31st, 25% refund April 1 - April 30th. No refund beginning on May 1 st. There is a $250 administrative fee for cancellation anytime after October 1st. Cancellation insurance is offered through CampinTouch - a third party, which we have no affiliation with nor profit from.
